Approved funders may be shown sanitised, case-specific opportunities that fall within their stated appetite. Some future-stage opportunities may be visible while a case is still under SQN substantive assessment and will be clearly identified as potential future opportunities.

Registering interest is non-binding. It does not create an allocation, entitlement, funding commitment or reserve commitment.
Case-specific offers are issued separately and are subject to the applicable documentation and approval process.
For funders
A private relationship, established first.
Prospective private funders can register their interest with SQN through the controlled enquiry route. If SQN considers the relationship potentially suitable, the funder may be invited into a separate onboarding and approval process before receiving access to any case-specific opportunity.
Account setup or portal access does not require a funder to commit capital.
Clear Information
Sanitised, case-specific material is made available only within the approved relationship.
Separate Decisions
Interest, offers, acceptance and capital commitment remain distinct decisions.
Controlled Delivery
Approved allocations move through documentation, funding conditions, escrow and reporting.
Funding opportunities, return illustrations and stated appetite are not commitments. Capital is only committed where a case-specific offer is accepted and the required documentation and funding conditions are completed.
Private third-party funding may be available for suitable matters where appropriate. Availability is case-specific and subject to separate assessment, funder appetite, documentation and approval. An enquiry or case assessment does not guarantee funding.
